• 18 Years’ service with Kuwait Airways at Kuwait International with extensive exposure in Passenger and Cargo handling with specialization in Reservations, ULD, Capacity Control, Dangerous Goods, Live Animal Regulations, Yield Control etc including Combi and Freighter operations. Also proficient in FAST IV SYSTEM (SITA Shared Network), HDQ Control System and Network Reservations.
  
  
• Specially trained in HDQ & Network Reservation Control at SITA, London (Society Internationale de Telecommunications Aeronotiques).
  
  
• Member of FAST IV SYSTEM Automation Working Group Committee from 1988 to 1994 responsible for feasibility study for Kuwait Airways Automation.
